Operation Phantom-Road (Caucasus)
Date: 9/29/2018
Time: 1200 hours PST
Temp: 20°C (68°F)
Wind: 311° @ 5 kts
Sky: Clear
Active Runway: (Anapa) - Runway 22
Background:
Intelligence has suggested that Georgia is enriching Uranium in secret as part of a nuclear weapons program.
N.A.T.O. fears that Russia will use this as an excuse to invade the country. Given the N.A.T.O. partnership with Georgia, and its policy of nuclear non-proliferation, the alliance at a secret emergency meeting, authorized allied military force for the destruction of the Georgian nuclear program.
An intercepted message indicates that the Georgians know their secret is out. They are planning to disperse the fissile material throughout the country, making eradication by any means nearly impossible.
N.A.T.O. Air Forces have been tasked to destroy the Georgian nuclear program in a way that prevents N.A.T.O. and/or Russian Ground Intervention, and must do so in a timely manner.
